 The Rock Racing Battery - Full Year Warranty InfoRock Racing Batteries offers a warranty program that is as extensive as any in the industry. We conduct quality inspection before shipment to insure proper and satisfactory operation. When operated under normal conciliations products will provide years of dependable service. The Rock Racing Battery has a 1 year replacement period on any
manufacturer’s defects. The warranty period starts at the time of the purchase.
If the original receipt is lost; the warranty will be based on the battery date code.
The warranty covers failure due to defects in material or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, or overcharging the battery with a regular charger.
The warranty does not cover consequential damage or injury, discharged batteries, rental, freight, labor, or administrative costs.
Replacement batteries will be provided at the time the warranty is requested and approved. Racing Batteries, Inc. can not issue monetary credit and a claim cannot be made against the previous purchase of a new battery at regular price.
The Rock Charger is made to the specifications of the Rock Racing battery, using our charger helps ensure the longest possible life of the battery.
Rock Racing will not be responsible for any labor or back charges without prior written consent. This warranty shall be the sole remedy of the Customer, and the sole liability of Rock Racing to the customer. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANGTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE, INTENDED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Rock Racing will not under any circumstances, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, or revenues, loss of other goods or associated equipment or damages to any associated equipment, cost of capital or labor, cost of substitute products, facilities or services, down time costs, or claims of claimant’s customers. In the event that IOTA shall be unable to repair or replace a Rock Racing product as required herein, the liability of Rock Racing to the Customer shall not exceed the price paid by Customer for the defective Rock Racing product. The foregoing remedy of repair or replacement by Rock Racing shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the Customer, and shall not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Rock Racing’s products. Please note: All distributors must use FIFO when replacing their inventory. We will not warranty outdated batteries, due to distributors error in selling inventory. |
